1931 Gallery Bistro is a new and unique dining experience located in the iconic Vancouver Art Gallery. Named to honour the founding year, 1931 Gallery Bistro highlights its historical site through a recently renovated 120 seat licensed outdoor patio space overlooking Robson Square, as well as a vibrant interior dining room.
Offering contemporary culinary innovations and cocktails in a minimalist space, 1931 Gallery Bistro’s menu of West Coast fusion dishes is inspired by the cultural landscape of Vancouver and its peoples and pays tribute to the Gallery’s nine decades of cultural significance.
